We had a wonderful getaway with 14 people and 2 dogs. I prefer an AirBnB process that is simple, and this whole trip Deepesh made things very simple for me.

This property is in a great location, very close to the main street in Tannersville. We walked it in 10 minutes. The place was very clean, we had no issues with this. Did not see pet hair any where. It is an older looking place with paneled walls and deco 1970's but this did not bother us and it is pretty typical for pet friendly places. Host responded very quickly to any questions we had. It is a large place with two separate apartments. One is upstairs and one is downstairs, you can only access from the outside stair case. This worked out fine for us as adults, may be an issue for small children. There are 3 bedrooms in each unit and each bedroom has its own thermostat so you can adjust the heat to each persons comfort. There is another thermostat in the main living area of both units however in the downstairs unit the space heater below the thermostat is what heated the main living area. It worked fine once we realized that was what we needed to use. The upstairs main living area thermostat works great and there is also a wood burning fire place upstairs. The kitchen area is small but has the basics. We didn't cook much so were not in need of anything more. There is a small drip coffee maker in the upstairs unit only. We did bring our own filters and ground coffee. The keys to the two front doors work fine however the bottom unit front door sticks and you need to shove pretty hard to open it. Bathroom doors would get stuck when they were locked. Also could use some more light bulbs in the upstairs bathroom. Most of the chairs around the fire pit were broken and not usable. I suppose you could use the picnic table but we had portable chairs with us that we ended up using. We did use the fire pit most nights, it's a nice area to hang out in. Overall we had a good stay just a few minor improvements would make it great.

The PLACE WAS VERY DIRTY!!! IT LOOKED AS IF NO ONE HAD BEEN THERE TO CLEAN!! Very DISSATISFIED, DISAPPOINTED!!! NEVER AGAIN!!! They NEED A NEW CLEANING PERSON!! FIRST TIME RENTING ON THIS AIR BNB AND IT WAS THE WORST MISTAKE IVE EVER MADE!! I FEEL LIKE I LOST $1,098 !!! NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME!!!!!!!!!!
