This house was perfect for our needs with guests ranging from the age of 4 to 81! We had loads of space, the neighbourhood was quiet and peaceful, and we felt very much at home in the property. Some areas of the house were in a poorer state of repair than expected - with lots of missing lightbulbs, some damage to the bathroom floor that could be dangerous for some less mobile guests, a couple of broken windows that had been patched up, and general run down decor. But this did not diminish our experience as we really felt we had everything available that could be needed and a lot of room even with six of us across different generations.

This home provided the perfect base for our family who were in England for two funerals. It is such a spacious home with everything you will need. The house is situated very central and we found it easy getting into Hull city centre and back most days. The hosts were extremely helpful when checking in and our phones didn’t work after arriving in the country and answered a random phone call late at night. Thankyou for the stay, highly recommended.
