The condo was immaculate, easy to access and super close to the wonderful pool. Of note, the internet access was one of those systems that require you to enter your info to log-in as a guest and accept the terms. As a result, you don't stay logged-in and the internet was spotty throughout our stay. It went out mostly in the morning for about an hour. I messaged the host but they never responded so we just dealt with it. Overall, a great stay with some connectivity issues.

I enjoyed staying in Vernal at Utahs Best. The house and pool were amazing and everything was perfect- with one exception. Due to traveling and being out of cell service I was unable to check email. I received a text that said your code for your air bnb, which I assumed was for the door. However it was for the pool. So when I got to the address I was unable to get in. It was 12:30 PM. So no response from Host. I ended up calling Airbnb- they told they had no way of reaching host until morning and that I would have to find a hotel. I had 4 kids with me who were upset. After calling around the hotels were all booked. 4th of July weekend. We determined we would have to sleep in the park. In the morning 2:10 am they sent me a bunch of emails for me to sign- all of which I had previously filled out- so there is a glitch somewhere in the system. Utah’s best did refund us for the night we didn’t stay with them. I would stay there again because it was a perfect location.

Had a great trip in Moab and staying at Utah's Best. The resort had a great swimming pool. The food truck that is permanently there had good food and was a nice option. The property is a couple miles outside of Moab downtown, but we never felt like that was an issue. Loved the location and the onsite amenities.
