The house was perfect for our needs and accessible for day trips to Canyonlands and Arches. Communication was smooth and check in was easy. There was plenty of space for us to relax and we appreciated the kitchen and laundry machine. I strongly recommend booking this Airbnb!

Overall, the place was great. Me and my family stayed for 2 nights and we were very pleased. The house was in a great location in its own little neighborhood. It was about a 10 minute drive from all of the stores and restaurants of Moab. Next to the house there was a very nice basketball and tennis court, pool that we didn't go in but seemed popular, and a playground set. There were a lot of other families with kids playing at the courts and pools, so there was a good, safe community. It was relatively clean, and the house had a perfect layout for a family. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because of the cleanliness in the bathrooms. In the master bathroom, there was some hair in the corner of the bathtub. In the upstairs bathroom, there was some shower product in the drain. Not a huge deal, but a little yucky. The rest of the house was really nice and clean. There was a coffee machine, crockpot, tissues, 5 TVs, etc. provided by the host. I would 100% stay here again.

Appreciated when we reached out to Moab rentals about the broken coffee pot they immediately sent someone over (Alexis quickly with a replacement! This happened at 7:30am. The unit place was well maintained. I would recommend replacing the cracked mirror on the bathroom sliding door. It was noisy on a few mornings. neighbors keep parkeda view of their truck and 4X4's blocking that do block a view. The upstairs space was inhibited and lovely. I would recommend the place as it did work overall as it was spacious after long days outside.
