A girls trip of 6…everyone loved the downtown loft and would highly recommend it! Everything was as described and everyone felt comfortable and enjoyed visiting the local shops, covered bridges and would stay again when in the area!

Beautiful apt across from the Madison County Courthouse. Winterset has a beautiful downtown area with lots of shops and restaurants. The apt has 2 big tvs with cable which we used to watch the Iowa Women's basketball game. Go Hawks!

This loft is one of the coziest, cleanest, and most peaceful places I have ever stayed. I think I want to live here ha ha!

Winterset is a very nice small town and this loft sets right on the square. Walkable to the John Wayne Musuem and everything on the square. We had a great relaxing get away which is what we were looking for. Awesome clean space with everything we needed!

We LOVED it! Beautiful, CLEAN…attention to small details. She is an excellent host! Perfectly situated on the downtown square of a picturesque little town ! Winterset has so much to offer such the John Wayne museum (if you’re a fan)wineries, antique shops, and other unique shops, bakeries and eateries as well as the famed covered bridges and lots of events, celebrations and parades throughout the year. Yeah, Winterset! …Don’t forget the skydiving at the airport just outside town…Lol! Oh and there are several agri-tourism farms nearby as well as being around 30 minutes or less from Des Moines.
