Olivier’s place is a true gem. It has everything you need for a wonderful stay in Paris. The location is great with easy access to the metro stations to get anywhere you need to go. Olivier was very responsive to whatever questions we had and flexible with our check in time. I would highly recommend his home away from home spot if you are considering a Paris stop.

This could not have been a better spot for my husband and me and our two boys, ages 17 and 20. We loved everything about it: it was cozy but spacious, and filled with light. The apartment was spotless, the kitchen was well equipped, and the beds had great mattresses and down comforters. The house was filled with books and antiques and fabulous art. The apartment is near three Metro lines, so it's easy to get anywhere. Also, it's an short walk through charming winding streets to Canal St. Martin, which is a lovely neighborhood filled with restaurants and cafes and independent shops. Outstanding patisseries in walking distance: Le pain and Les Ideas and Mamiche. :) Olivier was an excellent communicator, and connecting with Luisa at the building was easy too. Anytime I had a question, Oliver responded right away. This will be our "go to" spot in Paris for years to come and I feel grateful I found it. Thank you Olivier for sharing your beautiful home with us.

I cannot express enough how amazing our stay was at this property. It was beyond all of our expectations. Olivier could not have been more accommodating and even allowed us to check in earlier than the (already early) 10 a.m. check-in time, which was wonderful since we had flown the red eye from the states. Luisa, who checked us in, was so helpful in so many ways and made us feel right at home. The accommodations themselves were incredible. Three different bedrooms in different parts of the apartment gave us all privacy. An amazing kitchen allowed us to cook dinner in for a few nights, while eating in the formal dining room with floor to ceiling windows (also in the living room) gave us such a European feel. The living room was fancy yet still so comfortable. Two showers were helpful, and I was overwhelmed when Olivier offered a reduction even before we arrived because one of the showers was having a hot water issue. He did that proactively. It felt like home and we loved it!

Felt a home in Paris! Oliver's place is truly a gem, there's a lot o character and good taste in all decoration. Lot's of books, tasteful furniture, paintings and lights. The kitchen is incredible, well equipped, good sized and extremely clean. The whole propriety has a good size overall and we felt very cozy and confortable. The sofa-beds are the best one I've ever slept in, it really feels like a proper bed. The sheets and blankets were pristine as well. Both Oliver and his co-host Luisa were very attentive, friendly and the instructions were clear. There's also nice views of the city and it's close to two metro stations. ATTENTION: in the listing they said there are two bathrooms, but there's actually 2 bathrooms with a shower within the rooms without a toilet and only 1 toilet separated from the bedrooms. It's not clear in the text, so be aware that it can become very tricky with 4 or more people in the house.

We had a wonderful stay in Olivier's flat. It was extremely clean, beautifully decorated and in a busy and lively location, which we enjoyed. There was plenty of room for five of us. Would highly recommend.
