We had a wonderful time visiting the Bayview Cottage! Pros: - Lakeside location with kayaks, row boat and life vests - Homey feel - not sparse and cheap rental decor - Hosts generous with usage of kitchen extras - Central for UP tourist day trips Cons: - Upstairs beds very firm, uncomfortable - We visited during a heat wave, so lack of air conditioning upstairs made sleeping uncomfortable - Early check out. 10AM was a bit too early for us.

We had a great time at Jim’s cabin! It really is a beautiful place with everything you need. Very clean and comfortable. The beds and linens were excellent. Kitchen is extremely well stocked with great utensils and equipment. Full laundry room was a plus. We absolutely loved being right on the lake…beautiful sunsets!!! Jim had a lot of games and activities inside and out for my family which includes two teenagers. We played corn hole every night and loved the availability of the kayaks/boat. My teens loved the TV/streaming services available for cabin renters too. We visited Moose Du Noord (a 2-minute drive) every evening for ice cream. We drove 1 hour to see Pictured Rocks and 1 hour to see Kitch-Iti-Kipi…both destinations were worth the drive time. There is a nice dock at the cabin, however, it was too shallow there to hook up our fishing boat (we were made aware of this ahead of time so we made other arrangements). Overall, excellent stay and we hope to come back soon!

This was the best AirBnB I have ever stayed in! Better than the pictures! It was clean, comfy and cozy, felt like home away from home! It fit 5 adults, an 11 year old and a 6 month old comfortably. You can tell this home is well cared for and it had everything you could ever need. Picture perfect backyard. We sat on the porch every day and started a fire every night. We loved the lake and playing in the water with the kayaks. You don’t need to leave the house to have a great time! Only downfall is the billion of mosquitoes but that’s nature for you. We would come back for sure and stay longer!

We had a wonderful stay. Any questions I had were answered promptly. It was a wonderful place for me and my family to stay. We made so many great memories in our short stay. Had such a hard time leaving.

Jim and Bethany's place is a beautiful lake overlooking property. The house had everything we needed. All linens were clean and fresh. We loved our stay at this house. It felt like home away from home.
