We stayed for 5 days, beautiful surroundings, stunning house - with absolutely everything and more than you could need catered for. Very clean, spacious and felt very homely from the first moment we landed. Josh and family were very responsive and accommodating - thanks so much for your hospitality and lovely space. Josh & family were wonderful hosts and couldn’t do enough for you. Especially appreciated were all the yummy treats and fizz left for us on arrival after a very long journey! The property is stunning and has been kitted out to a high standard. The bedding was better than a high class hotel and having 2 lounges to chill out in (the upstairs one providing more privacy) was very welcome. We were impressed with the place and wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Had a wonderful stay with 8 adults (family members) - the house was perfect for us - very spacious, 2 lovely lounges, very well equipped kitchen, clean and comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms ( beds and luxury bedding were excellent!). Hosts were very helpful, quick responses, but allowed us privacy and freedom to enjoy our stay and make it our home from home for the week. Will definitely check availability at this house for any further visits to the Fylde area.

Perfection. Josh’s River View home is comfortable, well equipped, spacious and nestled in an idyllic pastoral setting. A perfect retreat and home base while exploring nearby attractions from the Lake District to Blackpool to Liverpool. In addition, Josh and his entire family were attentive, responsive, clear communicators and the kindest of people. We will be back again and are happy to give our highest recommendation.
