Johns house was absolutely incredible! We had booked another air bnb which cancelled and we’re so glad it did! The house was so spacious, the garden was fantastic and we had so much room for our 5 children and 7 adults! John was a fabulous host and so so helpful! We will definitely be returning! Recently spent 4 nights at John's wonderful home. Very clean and modern. It had everything our group of 9 adults and 3 children needed, plus dogs! Plenty of space with enough bedrooms and bathrooms for us all. The garden, which the dogs and kids made use of every day, was excellent, especially with the nice weather. The place also has plenty to keep you occupied if the weather doesn't play ball such as the pool table, dart board, Xbox and retro games unit. The only downside to it is the somewhat busy road out front but there isn't much the owners can do about that. The gated driveway gave us peace of mind with the dogs running around! We all had a restful and fun few days exploring the Fylde coast and surrounding areas. John's place is the perfect house for a big family trip. Many thanks

wow what can we saye,what a beautiful house,we was a family of 10 including our dog . plenty of room for everyone outside was fantastic, we had the weather, so was outside all of the time games room,and hot tub was a hit. everything we needed for our yearly family get together would definitely come back. thanks 😊 we all enjoys our mini break for 3 nites.

The house has everything you could wish for, wine ,bread and milk was a lovely touch. Our family holiday was made extra special due to everything that was there, large garden, games room, retro games table and the hot tub. The only downside was the busy roadworks on the road outside, we didn't hear much noise..just the volume of traffic but that is not the owners fault and i would imagine it will be perfect when its all finished.

Last minute booking for a family of 11, all had a great time and the house accommodated us all with ease. Good communication with host, would definitely book again!
