We’ve just returned from a hen do at Onyx house and can’t recommend it enough! The beautiful house is spotless and extremely spacious with amazing sea views, and different communal areas to utilise. The house is very well stocked and there’s space for eight cars to park. Sophie has been incredibly responsive throughout and helpful with any queries - though these were few as the information provided on the listing was extensive, meaning we didn’t need to ask much! Housekeeper Diana was also super helpful and checked in on the week of the trip to confirm details. On arrival, Diana was so friendly and allowed us to check in early and drop our bags before going to do a food shop. She also text to check we’d settled ok on our first night and ask if we needed anything. We were also offered later checkout. Blackpool is easily accessible, being ten minutes in a taxi, or a tram stop right opposite the house. We had the best time and would definitely return again! Thank you Sophie!

This house is FANTASTIC! The photos honestly do not do it justice. We spent my hen party here and I was blown away by every little detail. So many social spaces, bright modern rooms, everything is beautifully decorated and it was spotless! I am already trying to plan a reason to return!

5 stars isn’t a high enough scoring! We have just returned from this fabulous house, 18 staying for my daughter’s Hen Weekend. Sophie & Diana couldn’t do enough in advance and throughout our stay. Other reviews have mentioned the photos don’t do the house justice and we completely agree. The house is the best we have ever stayed in, so so so so much space for everyone, the bar area is in the lounge and all thought through and finished to such a high standard. There is every utensil and piece of equipment you could ever need and amazing social and kitchen space. The bedrooms are really spacious and a couple of extra beds available for additional guests. Beautiful bathrooms too, with plenty of towels. The whole house is just perfect and such a great location. We’d love to stay again! Thank you.

It doesn’t matter how many times you look at the photos online, you still walk in to the house and say ‘wow’. It’s huge, beautiful, spotless and there are so many extra finishing touches that are so thoughtful. The kitchen was perfectly laid out and has everything you need and more. It’s a great place to chat and cook together and made Christmas Day food prep a breeze. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. We managed to park 5 medium/large cars out the front and 2 at the back. Our group ranged in age from 2 to 80 and we all loved the house. It was a long way to the top for the older ones to see the champagne lounge but it’s worth the climb. The views are amazing but the room itself is light and relaxing. We would love to return one day.
