Overall it was a nice stay with friends. Everything was as advertised. View was nice, location was good. Only cons would be some of the lights didn't work and the dust in the shower vents.

Pros: Place is huge and ideal for a large gathering. Easy to find and park. Dining area great for big group eating together. Basement room with hot tub, pool table and sauna was ideal for social gathering. Cons: Place is in desperate need of upgrading and a thorough deep clean. Lack of basic amenities should have been highlighted in booking information. Kitchen needs restocking with enough crockery and cutlery for the advertised amount of guests. Recommendations: Take ; tea towels, plastic cups, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, hand soaps for guests en-suites and communal toilets, spare toilet rolls, and plenty of phone data, as the Wi-Fi is only available in a limited area.

Great place for large gatherings of people! Games room and hot tub downstairs was good fun, also plenty of living space and was a lot larger than we thought!

Great place for a large group, plenty of space. Great location, clean & tidy. Beds were comfy.

Really enjoyed our stay. The place was massive and all rooms having en suite suited our group perfectly. Right on the Promenade, and only a short walk from the tram so very quick access to all the highlights of Blackpool. Would definitely stay here again if I was coming with a large group.
