absolutely ticked all boxes for what we needed it for , great family get together

The house served a purpose, luckily we were not in it for long as we were out all day. We had tepid water coming out of the showers with feeble water pressure. The house was like a youth hostel. The carpets were threadbare and the decor was very low standard. The area was shocking but I think that goes for all of Blackpool.

Location is excellent, needed abit more thorough cleaning though especially under the furnitures. Need to keep the dusts away from such a big property will make the money worth.

Great big house for a family get together. Easy to walk to all attractions yet quiet around the house.

Firstly would like to say Thankyou with a brood of 9adults and 6 kids it isn’t often we can find a place that caters to us all when it comes to amenities and space. And this place fit the bill completely. We definitely hope to return! This was ideal walking distance between south and central pier, the pleasure beach and sandcastle water park. And two second walk to the tram stop to go either direction. It was a fantastic place and stay, we were met at the door with instructions about room keys with it being and ex b&b we all had the option to lock our door if needed. And all the amenities listed we had access to, we also had two parking permits with four car halved our costs of parking which was a great surprise. The kitchen and living area was perfect size for us all to hang out with out feeling squished in we all had plenty space all the rooms were spacious and even the smallest room was ideal for one of the babies in the group. Overall a fantastic stay and can’t wait to return!
