Unable to contact Stuart - messaged numerous times without response. Had to look up the number for the cafe and spoke to someone who worked there who was able to give me the check in and parking details. This was at 5pm - 2 hours after we were allowed to check in. Our party included a cot and one of the bedrooms advertised says a cot is in the room - no cot! Took many unanswered phone calls and messages before I got through and a travel cot turned up late in the evening. The property is very worn and needs updating. It smells and wasn’t particularly clean with dust and dead insects on windowsills. It is clearly a place that would suit a group who are just in Blackpool to party but do not go there if you are a family and want to spend time in the house. The area is not particularly good for families either.

The location is excellent. The house is very spacious and the beds are very comfortable. There was three families staying and we never had any issues with the property what so ever

Hello, I am writing this review with a sad heart. We booked the Luxury Townhouse in Blackpool for our family to get together over Christmas as my son lives in Malta and he was visiting the UK during this time. We were informed there was a bar (Number 1) in which we could meet up before checking in. We arranged to meet up there but unfortunately this was impossible as the bar was in the process of refurbishment, with no places to sit and a broken coffee machine so no drinks were available either. We were told we could arrive to check in early but we not given the postcode for the carpark or allowed to check in until exactly 3pm. When we finally got in everything was not as expected, the cleanliness standards were disgusting. Holes in the walls and doors, a big foot print on the inside of the front door, stains on almost every matress, sticky stuff on chairs and tables, the list is endless. We came to reunite with family members that we hadn't seen in years, and feel we were mislead

We arrived as a family of 12, plus a baby of 9 months. We were able to get a travel cot easily on request. We were really happy with the space and how near to the front of Blackpool we were. The team were super pleasant on our arrival and we had parking right behind the apartment. There was a large dining table which meant we could enjoy meals in, but there’s also a selection of restaurant, pubs and shops within walking distance.
