Pros: - Walkable to Larimer bars/restaurants, some great coffee shops (recommend Corvus and Rivers and Roads) - Close to Downtown, Botanic Gardens, Parks, Coors Field, City Park - Host was quick to respond to most requests and accommodating when she was aware of issues Cons: - Place wasn’t in best condition when we arrived (dusty, trash left behind, backyard in need of upkeep, broken toilet seat, glass in shower with missing half of door) -Fence had blown down a few weeks before and was not able to be fixed while we were there. Not as much privacy due to this. Overall: While we did end up shortening our stay, the host was very responsive and quick to send us things when needed (ie: new toilet seat). However, this place would definitely benefit from a local property manager as host seems to be out of state.

We enjoyed staying at Arsh’s place in Cole for a month! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and the shower had great water pressure.

We really enjoyed our time here in North Denver. It was very convenient to bike or walk to RINO, City Park, 38th street station and had easy access to 70 to get to the mountains. We had a lovely dinner at the brasserie right around the corner and frequented “Nowhere Coffee” often. I will say that the neighborhood itself is quiet but transitional. We felt very safe staying there as a family with 2 small children. The house itself is as described and photographed. Arsh was very accommodating, responsive and friendly.

Selling points are the walkability to RINO District (~10 min), close access to the highway (5 min drive), and solid house amenities. The host was very responsive to slight issues that arouse (i.e. needing additional batteries; yardwork notice; etc.) The neighborhood is in the process of being gentrified (though definitely safe!), so depending if you are seeking a more authentic or manicured experience, be sure to do your research on the nearby locales.

The stay was perfect and Arshnoor went above and beyond to make it as comfortable as possible. The area is great, very safe and walkable. Plenty of scooters and e-bikes nearby for riding to the many nearby bars and restaurants. 10/10 would stay again!
