Jamie's place was perfect for our family of five. Check-in was straight forward and easy. Be mindful that you have to walk up two flights of stairs but that's pretty standard in Brian Head. Having indoor parking was a huge plus! Everything was well stocked and clean when we arrived. The upstairs room/loft was plenty big for our three kids (10 and under). It was nice to have two full bathrooms with showers in both. I've been in some places where the heating will become uncomfortably hot (especially when you're sleeping), but I loved how the heating at Jamie's place felt gradual. We never woke up because it was too hot! Some places in the past were hard to get to because we had to drive through tons of small side streets, but Jamie's place is right off the main street and the road to the building is straight (not sloped). Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely return!

The Airbnb is very organized and stocked with basic household necessities. The rooms comfortably accommodated a group of 5. The property is located approximately 5 minutes way from the Navajo Learning Center (driving). Jamie is very responsive and is available as needed.

This was our impresion on 2/24/2024: Clean, well-maintained home. Looks just like the photos. Well stocked kitchen with full range of appliances. Host was responsive and quickly helped resolve the small issue that we had at checkin. No problem with heating and the fireplace was awesome: plenty of firewood on hand and it created lots of heat with very little smoke. One thing prevented our experience to be the best we ever had: the bed sheets. The bed sheets were clean but synthetic and combined with the winter dry air, generated enough static electricity to power the building. Pro tip: bring your own. Having said that, you should not hesitate to book this rental. It is just as good (if not better) as it seems from the photos and description.
