We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. We have four kiddos and we’re slightly concerned that we’d feel cramped up, but it wound up being fine. We had one small issue come up and the local host was super quick to get it resolved. The kitchen is well stocked and they did have a crockpot (which I wish I had known before… so you’re welcome!) Extra blankets were provided which was nice for the kids to snuggle on the couch with a movie after being on the slopes all day. One thing I will point out is that when I think ski in/out, I think of this pretty literally and this condo is not that. You are a fair walk from Giant Steps if you are in ski boots and it’s snowy. You can’t ski right up to it. Also, if you are a beginner skier, which almost everyone in our group was, you have to go to the Navaho lodge about a mile down the road. This was not a big deal for us, just wanted others to be aware if they are unfamiliar with the area like we were. Both Lodges will valet your skis, just an FYI.

Brian head is a terrific location and this space worked out really well for the 3 of us. Great views! We'll be back.

Place was as described. Clean, kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook at home and was very close to the lifts. Had a great stay. Would definitely stay again.

Overall we had a great time. It is not a ski in/out place. You have to walk about 2 blocks to giant steps lift or 3-4 blocks to mayflower lift. Not a big deal for us. It could use a deep clean, there was spider webs on the ceiling especially around the air vent. The bunk bed ladder was missing a bracket so that should be fixed for safety. We would stay here again. The property is spacious and It definitely fit our needs for a family of 4.

If you are looking for an authentic ski condo that is super convenient, this is it. The condo was very clean. It could use some updating in the kitchen and bathrooms, but overall was very comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked and oven heated up insanely fast - especially for that altitude! We cooked almost every dinner there (Brian Head doesn’t have a lot of dining options). The short distance from the lifts and ski locker were convenient. Would highly recommend unless you are looking for modern/boujee!
