This is a beautiful, huge property with unmatched gigantic living room windows facing the lifts and a great layout. We had a blast! It was perfect for 2 families with 5 kids total plus a nanny with a room to spare. Super close to both Navajo and Giant Steps - less than 5 minute drive. We are already planning a return trip!

We all enjoyed the place felt super comfortable. Host is very responsive and had one minor situation but we got thru it! Thank you for such a great time

Horrible just horrible !!!! The communication was so bad they didn't help with anything at all. Sauna didn't work, fire pit and bbq grill had me no propane just empty ones sitting around, oven didn't work and was considered hazardous by there Maintance man that came day 3 of the stay and only came to bring batteries he had no idea about all the problems, my grand daughter fell off the dining room chair the screws were loose on two chairs making the chairs unable to even sit in, master room and basement tv didn't work and missing 3 remote batteries, none of the fire places worked. We basically paid 7k to not b me able to use any of the amenities that were listed. They didn't fix anything the entire stay and the commutation again was so bad I felt like 90% of the time I had to communicate with an automated system! Come to find out the management was actually on vacation. I will never stay here again

The property and home are lovely and perfect for a family of 16 with 4 small children under age 6. Plenty of things to do when not skiing - sauna, slide, playing in snow on the hills, TV/movies, etc. Lots of extra blankets and bath towels! Like others posted, the kitchen doesn’t have adequate baking gear if you’re cooking for 16 people. They had a couple tiny baking sheets that are sized for a toaster oven but nothing you could roast veggies or bake 12 cookies on. They also have a small crock pot for a small family - so bring one! I don’t expect perfection from the owners, my issue is with Family Time. I asked far in advance if this is something they had updated or if I should pack my own. They said they would take care of it. They didn’t. Just wish I knew. Also, the downstairs fireplace didn’t work. Family Time also falsely said they sent someone to fix it - they never did. Great house overall. Would rent again and bring my own baking sheets and crock pot for a big bunch!
