We had a great 3 days in C’s place. The location is accessible around 5 minutes drive to San Juan beach, not too jammed, the place is spacious, airy, and somewhere you can relax. There’s a huge parking space and the caretakers are also helpful. Checking in and out is a breeze. C is accommodating, he quickly answered our queries and provided helpful recommendations. The casita is good enough for us, we are a group of 5 adults, 1 - 4 y/o kid and a pet. AC is working properly, as well as wifi. Rooms are clean, just bring thicker blankets if you easily get cold at night. There are utensils and cooking pots available, too, apart from the basic appliances available. There are also some areas to improve, I think it would be better to add a microwave oven and an electric kettle. The dish rack also needs deep cleaning as there are already rusty parts on it. Maybe also add a bathmat outside the bathroom. The pool also got some insects swimming on it. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Host was very responsive and helpful with our concerns. Place was very wfh-friendly. We went there as a team for our offsite and they provided us with an additional mesh unit so we can work better.

The place is really nice and the host is very responsive even if it's already late at night. The place is quite far from the beach (10min drive, not walkable) but it is already equipped with the basic needs and has complete kitchenware. Their staff is also nice. Will definitely go back! :)

We had an amazing time at (C's place) beautiful home and cozy would love to visit again in the future. They were super accommodating and kind hosts and we had everything we could’ve possibly needed. If you are reading this, just book this amazing Airbnb. Would highly recommended it for a family with young kids and it would be perfect for a couple. Thank you for everything!
