Take a moment to unwind with a refreshing dip in our pool (measuring 14 sqm and 4.5 ft deep), just a 4-minute walk from the ocean and expansive beach. Enjoy the convenience of private garage parking as well as free street parking during your stay. Please note that, due to our idyllic provincial setting, you may experience the sounds occasionally of chickens, dogs, and certain seasons mosquitoes. This has been our home away from home for a few day. ❤️ Place was clean and homey. Amazing pool! The kitchen is well equipped with everything you’ll need. The hosts were so nice, responsive, and helpful. Would definitely recommend this place to my family & friends!
Had the best stay in this place. The house is a 5-10 min drive from the San Juan main beach area but we loved how private it is, as we had the option to just stay in, hang out in the spacious pool and backyard area, and truly enjoy the unit. The place matched the description and the staff / caretakers were friendly and accommodating. They even gave us a few suggestions and recommendations on places to visit. Will check out Gianni's other listings as well in the near future.
The place is great, very comfortable to stay in. Perfect place if you want to stay away from the crowd but still want to have a very comfortable place. The host was very responsive and accommodating.
super nice ng house at bago pa, heated yung pool kaya ok pag may kids kayong kasama. Nagkaproblema lang kami sa water dispenser at sa yung kuryente nung unang day namin patay bukas (pero di naman nila control yun) and pag walang kuryente nawawalan din ng tubig.
A+++ house, location & host. We will definitely be back. The house looks just like the pictures, if not better (the pool was bigger than I expected). We received it in spotless condition. The kitchen has all the utensils required to cook and serve meals. The house was cool all day due to AC & fans, despite the summer heat. The pool is in excellent condition & it has beautiful lights that come on at night which were a highlight of the house. The location couldn’t be better. There is a beach within walking distance & we didn’t have to travel more than 20 minutes to reach all of our destinations. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with our stay. The hosts Gianni & Dianne were super helpful during our stay, they even assisted us in navigating our trip to Tangadan Falls.
