Sad that we only stayed for a few hours in this listing but the place is nice and big. My team is happy with our stay and the host is very responsive to the questions. Their ACUs are working fine and can really beat the heat with this weather. There is a parking for one vehicle and the beach is walking distance. There are also restaurants nearby. Would love to stay here again if there is a chance.

Even though we agreed to early check-in at 7am, the host seemed to forget it. So when we arrived, we had to wait before we were able to go inside the place. We tried to message and call her several times but I guess due to the time, the host is still asleep. When she answered, the tone is quite rude. When she went to the house to meet us, we can feel that she was pretty mad maybe because we bothered her sleep. The caretakers needed to clean because they were not expecting us to come early at all. The host removed the early check-in charge due to this incident all goods on our end. However, the host then forfeited our security deposit after our checkout because she's accusing us of breaking their toilet. In our defense, it was already making sounds when we got there are the flush is not smoothly working. I guess the plumbing by chance broke out, because how can we break the plumbing in 1 night?? We didn't report it earlier -that's our shortcoming for sure. Overall, it was okay.
