The place was spacious and great air-conditioning. Staff were very friendly and helpful. But I feel I did not get good value for what I paid for. The most basic tea/coffee amenities is not available so I cannot enjoy the simplest pleasure of waking up early and enjoy the morning calmness at the verandah with a cup of coffee. 2 of us were unwell during the stay and there was no easy access for hot/boiled water after hours.The restaurant is not 24 hrs but if you bring in food, you need to pay for fee. Pool is supposedly open at 6am but it's not being cleaned until 8am.

Clean and nice place but there was so many additional payment but overall the place is great and staffs are nice.

Aginana is true to its name - you can really rest and enjoy the beautifully designed home. The owners and manager were kind very hands on. The staff were all polite and helpful. I cannot praise them enough because they really made our stay comfortable. The villa we stayed at looked and smelled so clean. It was really nice that they have a pool and that they have their own restaurant that served yummy food!

We stayed here overnight but how we wished we could stay longer! The villa was tidy, well-lit, spacious, well-appointed and cozy. It's even prettier in person. Bettina, Mikki and Carmela were very welcoming and easy to communicate with. Our request for a birthday surprise for my mother was readily accommodated. To add, I loved that we were provided with baby bath tub, play mat, changing pads, and the like as we traveled with an infant. Their guests' comfort is their priority. As for the food, their in-house cafe serves yummy food. We loved their Cheese P pizza and shakes. The complementary breakfast was filling and delicious. Overall, we had a very pleasant and comfortable stay here. We would love to be back!
