Grace and Mang Ferds are very responsive! We had a lovely stay with the family and the kids loved the pool too. Walkable to the beach as well. Will recommend!

Good place to stay. 3 min walk to beach (near Kabsat). Caretaker was helpful (we had a flat tire, helped us to look for vulcanizing)

We enjoyed spending the holiday in Grace’s place! Super spacious/homey and great location. Grace was responsive and easy to talk to, and Mango Ferds the caretaker was very accommodating. Thank you for having us!

Such a great place to stay with fam! Just a few minute's walk to the beach and very close to a lot of resto and stores. Mang Ferds, the caretaker, is also very accommodating and even accompanied us to the beach so we won't get lost. He also recommends restos and cafes nearby we can try and even shared some of his produce with us. We definitely enjoyed our stay and will come back when we have the chance.

We had an unexpected circumstance of not having electricity for at least 9-10 hours of our stay from the time we arrived which was 3:00 pm until 1:00am. I am expecting to be compensated or the least, a way for us to maximize the use of the amenities as we would’ve wanted to. We were only informed about this situation when I texted their caretaker that we’re on our way when in fact they should have informed us days beforehand so we could've been prepared. We did not expect to have our stay wasted and deal with this power outage. Also water is affected as there is no water coming out of the faucet in the kitchen. So its really frustrating on our part as guest
