This place has the potential to be a five star stay -nice neighborhood, shopping close by, and has comfy beds. It is clean and well stocked. However, the pungent cellar smell and the HVAC issue (hot upstairs, cold downstairs) must be addressed ASAP. May be the dated carpet. We purchased Febreeze to mask the smell Also, the back slide door had a broken lock and no screen door. Though, there was a wooden makeshift stick blocking entry. Not pleased with the Ring Doorbell. Guests paying to stay at your place do not expect to be watched every time they come and go. Our last day, I left out and returned before 10am. My daughter tells me someone tried to enter the home with a code. Kind of creepy and scary to her. These major issues need to be addressed before offering this place to guests. Yes, guests can do things to tolerate their stay, but when paying such high rates & fees, they shouldn't have to. I paid too much for this place. Would not stay here again. May improve with repairs.

I live nearby and was misplaced due to a plumbing issue that required extensive repairs. Robert’s place was close and easily accessible. Large home with plenty of space. Nice walkable neighborhood.

My family and I had a great time at this spacious Airbnb. The owners were responsive and communicative. Would recommend this stay to anyone.
