This rustic 4-bedrrom 3-bathroom log cabin is located in beautiful Banner Elk! Enter the main level of the home from the covered porch where you will find the fully equipped kitchen (offers both a standard drip coffee maker AND a Keurig!), the main living area featuring a wood burning fireplace, and 2 of the 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom features a King, the 2nd bedroom features a queen and these room share a full bathroom. The 3rd bedroom is located on the upper level of the home and contains a queen bed along with the 2nd bathroom. The 4th bedroom is located on the lower level of the home and contains two sets of twin bunks along with the 3rd bathroom. This home sleeps 10 making it the perfect family vacation rental! Enjoy a game of pool or relax in the hot tub while the bare necessities of life come to you! Additional notes: - This home is accessed via steep roads that are paved. 4WD or AWD vehicles are required during winter seasons, no exceptions. Chains may also be needed during inclement weather. - Firewood may be added more than a week in advance. You get two wrapped bundles and a firestarter for $25/night plus tax which is collected through the airbnb resolution center. - All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. - Towels and linens will be provided for you. - Absolutely no parking on the street or at the base of the driveway. This person is required to be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates. • No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home. • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed. Keep outside noise respectable. • 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter- it is your responsibility to come prepared for winter weather. No refunds are given if you are not prepared for winter weather. • Guest is responsible for any damages caused by intentional (non-accidental) actions. • Host is not responsible for items left in the home. • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions sent by Host (property manager) within 60 days of arrival.
