When we arrived, batteries were dead in the unlocking unit so we had to call and wait to get code for keybox (which was not welcome with young kids we needed to get to bed). Dirty dishes were left in the dishwasher. Hair on the bathroom floors and rest of floors dirty enough that your socks got dirty as you walked around. No checkout instructions provided so I had to call. Vacasa said they would send me an email with checkout instructions but never did. We had to take our trash which for $1000 doesn't seem like we should have to do that. I wouldn't call this house luxurious. It's a normal house with basic furniture for 2023 with what one should expect in a rental. My husband was hoping to catch a football game during some downtime and there were no sport channels. Location was close to lots of activities nearby which was the main feature of this house. Back deck was enjoyable.

The place was clean and matched the description. House was easy to access, close to shopping and ski resort. Loved the house except for two things which did not go well. One of the bathroom shower did not work. No one showed up to fix despite complaining. All 7 people ended up using one bathroom. On the day of check out , the instruction was to take the trash to a facility nearby which was closed. We were on the phone with customer support representative trying to figure out what to do with the trash. After being on the phone for sometime, was promised they would call back with information which they never did. We ended up driving back to the house to drop the trash inside.

Would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for an upscale winter getaway! Just minutes from Sugar Ski Resort and just down the road from plenty of shopping and restaurants. We will be back next year!!
