This rental worked great for us. The outdoor seating faces south and was a sun trap which was really nice for a winter stay. One negative was there is no view. We knew that was the case but it was still a bit disappointing. Being the walkout basement of the house we could hear the family upstairs but that didn’t bother us The space, comfort and everything supplied for an easy long stay was excellent. Cleaning supplies, desk supplies, loads of towels and Rosemary was willing to help with anything.

My husband and I stayed at Rosemary's Airbnb in Ivins, Utah, for eight weeks while working remotely. Telling you it was one of the best choices of our time traveling around the country would truly be an understatement. First and foremost, Rosemary and her husband Ozzie, are incredibly kind and truly accommodating. Rosemary greeted us when we arrived, showed us around, gave us magazines of the area, and made sure we had everything we needed to be settled. She communicated extremely fast, answering any questions we had, and even when she was out of town for a few weeks, made sure we had emergency contacts should we need to get ahold of someone while she was away. She respected our privacy consistently, while being available when we had requests. The space itself was incredibly clean and well-equipped. The kitchen is amazing and had everything we needed to cook for two months. The king sized bed was so comfortable, and the wifi worked without problem for the entirety of our stay. There is ample sunlight, despite being on the bottom floor (though it is not a basement), and the location was quiet, peaceful, and calm. We would wholeheartedly recommend this rental for anyone looking to visit the area, and will be sure to book again when visiting!

Very nice place, and very nice hosts! Very clean and had everything we needed, plus more! Excellent location, and very beautiful. Easy access to miles and miles of biking trails.
