This home was absolutely perfect for our stay. I traveled with my sister-in-law, niece, and my niece’s 2 kids (3 yo and 6 mo). The owner was very responsive and friendly; and procured beach chairs and a wagon for us to use. The home was very clean on arrival, and had all the amenities we needed. The kids bunk room had a high chair, pack and play, and toys for the kids. Our 3yo loved the desk and crayons every morning. The bedrooms were spacious and clean. The kitchen is well stocked. The lanai was a wonderful bonus—relaxing for the adults and a play space for the kids. Close to the beach (about 10 minutes), and to other amenities. The neighborhood is quiet and has nice walking trails and playground. Will definitely stay here again and again!

Ernestine was very friendly and responsive when I had any questions. The house was beautiful and had everything you’d need to feel like you’re at home. My father in law lived in this neighborhood when he passed away so it was nice to be able to stay where he lived again! Amazing house and host, we will definitely return when we come back to Jacksonville!!

Absolutely amazing! Well beyond my expectations. Ernestine was easy to reach and seemed to anticipate any need a traveling family could run into. Can’t wait to go back and will look for this place on any future visits to the area.

Great experience from the beginning. Long term stay so the easy of working with Ernestine was very helpful. If ever back in area we would absolutely stay here. House layout is perfect for 3 men to have their own space
