Super cute and clean place to stay! My daughter and I booked Ashley’s place as we were coming from out of town to attend a concert at the Spectrum Center (easy 20min drive). The home was very clean and welcoming. Very comfortable beds, great hot shower, A/C & Heat and even in-unit washer & dryer. They even provided us with some fresh eggs. Our only little issue was that the lighting in the bathroom was a bit too warm for make-up but that’s more of a “preference” than a an actual “problem with the rental. Also, at bedtime is when we realized there was a full-size mirror behind the master bedroom lol. Again, our own fault lol. Overall, great stay and highly recommend!

Nice place with responsive hosts on sight. They gave us fresh eggs to prepare for breakfast.

The Guest House was extremely cute and very clean. Ashley (host) was very responsive to messages and very clear on instructions and directions. Neighborhood was very quiet and convenient to Downtown area. The fresh eggs Ashley had for us in the fridge were a nice treat! Will and have already recommended this location.

Ashley's guest home was the perfect place to stay while in Charlotte visiting family. She was very responsive and was very helpful! My mother and I will definitely be back when visiting in the future!
