Super nice and well laid out house, grateful, smaller large groups with a really cool pool and bar! Love the location and the very responsible host, would definitely stay again :)

William's place was great - we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely return. The house was easy to get to, clean, tidy and had plenty of room for us all. We loved coffee out on the dock in the mornings watching the wildlife, and the hot tub was a treat in the evening. The pool unfortunately wasn't quite in tip-top shape, but the weather didn't really cooperate for us while we were there so we didn't feel like we missed out. The beach is about a 10 minute walk along a flat street, but does cross a major roadway - there is a protected pedestrian crossing though, which is great. There are some anti-airbnb signs in the neighborhood, but all the neighbors we met were kind and friendly. All in all, we really enjoyed ourselves. Thanks William!

Home was described as expected. Very nicely decorated inside, plenty of room to move around. Really enjoyed the Tiki hut and hot tub. Was a little cold for the pool, suggestion would be to get a heater for the pool (we knew it was solar heated when rented). Loved the ice maker, and toys available (bikes, kayak, wagon, and cooler)!!!! Tons places to sleep. The location was convenient (just tough to turn left on A1A). Saw a couple dolphin, and manatee off the dock. Would stay again.

William let us rent this last minute. We had previously booked a different place and upon arrival it was not what we expected. We were all pretty tired after a 14 hour drive and just wanted a place to sit and relax for a while. With the help of the air B&BW we ended up at Williams place. It was so nice. I was so impressed with how well everything was stocked up. I absolutely loved the house, it was spotless. We had the most amazing evening there sitting on the dock watching the dolphins. If I ever go back I will definitely rent from William again. I loved how everything was so clean and fresh. The bathrooms were absolutely amazing. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with me and my family.
