Our expansive property boasts 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, ensuring ample space and privacy for your group. Three of our bedrooms are master suites, each featuring an en-suite bathroom for added comfort and privacy. Two of the master suites situated by the pool each feature their own dedicated air conditioning units for individual climate control and comfort. Another room is designed for larger groups or families, with 2 bunk beds that can sleep up to 8 guests comfortably. For flexible sleeping arrangements in another bedroom offers 2 double beds, providing flexibility for various group sizes. Convenient access to a pool bath ensures you can enjoy the pool area without having to go through the main living spaces. The open floor plan allows for seamless flow between the living room, kitchen, and dining area, creating a spacious and inviting atmosphere for gatherings. The kitchen is fully equipped with 2 dishwashers, a large fridge, and plenty of counter space, making meal preparation a breeze for your large group. Beat the hot Florida heat with our commercial-sized ice machine in the garage, perfect for filling up coolers for your beach trips. Enjoy the convenience of a wet bar, perfect for mixing up your favorite cocktails and beverages. Step outside to our generous pool deck and outdoor area, complete with comfortable seating, a large TV, a grill, and a panoramic view of the Florida Indian River Lagoon. Guests have access to our paddle boards, allowing you to explore the lagoon at your own pace, or hop on one of our bikes to discover the charming town nearby. Our home is ideally situated for exploring the vibrant town nearby, offering a range of dining, shopping, and entertainment options. The lagoon provides opportunities for fishing, kayaking, and more. There are not words to describe how beautiful this home was! The layout was great for a large group, two washers and dryers for all the beach towels, spotlessly clean, amazing kitchen (and expertly organized), lots of beach toys to play with, amazing pool and hot tub, oversized covered outdoor area, and perfect location (right on the water and we saw dolphins EVERYDAY)! My aunt and uncle are hoping to rent it again we loved it so much! Also, I reached out to Jeanne several times (one time with an accident we had), and she was always quick and helpful!
jeanne always responded with anything we needed!! great host and great house.. our whole family loved it and was exactly what we wanted.. i would for sure go again to this house!! Book it if you’re in the area!
This house comfortably housed three families (13 people). The finishings were impressive and the double laundry set and double dishwashers made it easy to keep up with our busy days. The prime location was walking distance to groceries, shops and the beach. A family of Manatees hung out under the dock and dolphins swam by. Jeanne was an excellent host, highly responsive and able to solve minor issues quickly.
The amenities were outstanding. Everyone had sufficient space to get away if desired. The swimming pool was outstanding very warm. It would be difficult to say what I would enhance if anything. Jeanne was always available by phone if I had a question. This is a very beautiful home.
This home is beautiful. We loved it!!! It's just what we hoped for and more. Everything from the layout of the rooms spacious living area the amazing pool and beautiful back yard with river. The area was perfect for what we were looking for. Great beach's & parks. Stores and awesome restaurants all close by. Our host Jeanne was a pleasure to work with and very helpful. We had a wonderful time. 5 stars in my book!!!!

My husband Robert and I fell in love with the Cocoa Beach area in 2001 after purchasing our first investment property in Brevard County. After owning multiple businesses and real estate in Long Island, NY, we decided to make the big move and raise our three children in Merritt Island, Florida to be close to our growing real estate ventures and vacation rental business. With now 20 + years of first hand vacation rental experience and Brevard County's ever changing real estate market, my children are grown and I focus my time on hosting guests at my properties and for those homes I host for others. I am local, licensed Realtor and Broker Associate with Florida Property Center and currently an Ambassador and Superhost with Airbnb. My son Robert Jr. and I recently opened Saltaire Vacation Rentals LLC to assist other property owners with their vacation rental hosting.
