This home offers over 4000 square feet of living space and can sleep up to 18 guests with perfect sunsets overlooking the Indian River Lagoon. This home was built with love as you will see with every small detail from the jacuzzi tubs in every ensuite to the dream chefs kitchen. The Kitchen: If you enjoy cooking, you will be in heaven! The kitchen offers a gas Viking Stove equipped with 2 full ovens, built in grill, and skillet. Overlook the river while enjoying your fresh caught fish from your backyard. The dining area is set up for 12 guests to sit and an additional 4 at the bar so everyone can sit together and enjoy a meal together. The kitchen is stocked for up to 18 guests and stocked with basics including a coffee maker and blender. Living Rooms: The Manor has 3 separate living rooms located on each floor. All include a Smart TV so everyone will have space to spread out. The second floor has a ping pong table & foosball table as well for entertainment. Master Bedroom: Enjoy every day waking up to sunsets from your private suite. The master has a luxurious king bed that overlooks the river. The private balcony is a beautiful place to enjoy your morning coffee and watch the dolphins swim by. Lastly and my favorite part of the home is the jacuzzi tub with a serene window showcasing the Indian River Lagoon as your backdrop. This master will leave you in awe. Bedroom #2: Located on the second floor is 2 Queen Bedroom Room with Private ensuite bathroom and jacuzzi tub. This room can accommodate 4 guests. Bedroom #3: Identical to the other this room is also on the second floor. This room offers 2 Queen Beds with Private ensuite bathroom and jacuzzi tub. This room can accommodate 4 guests. Living Room 2: This Living Room has 1 Pull out Sofa for 2 guests. This living room also has games including ping pong and foosball. Also, a separate wet bar for entertainment. Bedroom 4: This room is located on the 3rd floor and has 2 queen beds with an accompanying living room area. Bedroom 5: This room is a second master located on the 3rd Floor tucked away for privacy.
