READ THE REVIEWS FIRST! This rental is very dirty, run down and needs to be repaired. Upon arrival, when I saw the hole in the wall, cracked glass, stains/dirt on most walls and floorboards and the overall condition I was appalled. I immediately contacted the host to request moving to another house (if available) or at a minimum receive a partial refund. She was combative and blamed the condition of the house on “peak season” and refused to budge on any accommodation (ie: refunding the cleaning fee). The amenities need to be updated- very limited cooking supplies, half a blender and a broken cooler. Overall highly disappointed.

House was beautiful, but for the price it lacked many amenities that we have had in every other rental. There was one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, no spices, sugar, salt and pepper. There was one roll of paper towel, no garbage bags, no cleaning products. We had a spill before we could go food shopping and cleaned it with baby wipes. There weren’t enough towels to shower and extra towels were old, thin and definitely should be tossed. Most of the fans/lights didn’t work accurately and should be updated/fixed. We purchased batteries to try to fix some but they never worked correctly. The pool/beach items were great since there was a lot, but should be updated. Cooler handle broken, some of the lounging beach chairs were broken. All outside sliding doors were almost impossible to open and we struggled each time. One of the upper doors didn’t have a lock. There were no games, only puzzles. There were other things broken around the house, a hole in the wall, etc. Needs some tlc.

The location is perfect for beach lovers and the house is equipped for fun rain or shine. We had a family gathering for one week and everyone had a great time. My grandkids loved the pool and media room ! That said, it did take a while to get settled. The place is in need of care. Most items in the garage are broken and unusable. The basketball backboard has a large hole. Not all outdoor lights work. All remotes were missing batteries. The light over the pool table was not working. There is a hole in the wall of the stair landing and there is a crack in the sliding bedroom door downstairs. Screens were missing on most doors which is a shame because of the beautiful ocean breeze. The grill needs to be cleaned. Finally, since we rented for one week, you would think there would be more than one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. Many trips to Publix. This may be a party house !

Great location, amenities and setting on the beach. The layout was perfect for our family, siblings and their children. The layout was perfect and the pool was terrific!

This rental had so many great features; Great location and security, nice beach /easy access/beach toys, 3 king suites, 3 kid friendly bedrooms, open lower and upper level floorplan, game room, indoor theater room, great kitchen, grill outside, wonderful pool with floaties, abundant outdoor furniture, laundry, nice towels and linens. Location is very easily walkable to shopping and restaurants in Cocoa Beach.
