Absolutely great place in Cocoa Beach! A great place for families especially with young kids. 5 minute walk to the beach - 15m walk to the boardwalk, Publix, Dunkin. Area feels safe. Pack & play was brand new, the whole house was very clean, high chair and booster seat available. Black out curtains did a great job of darkening the rooms for nap time! Heated pool was clean, lots of floats/toys. Wagon and beach chairs were so handy to have.

Everything was absolutely great! We stayed for a softball tournament and the pictures told and showed everything you needed. 12 men fit very comfortably and still had tons of room to spare. Tons of pool items and plenty of kitchen supplies. If I had to point out one negative thing is make sure you bring mosquito spray. They were absolutely horrible while sitting in the enclosed pool area. They were worse in the enclosed area than outside.

I can’t say enough amazing things about this place! The house is so clean and spotless. The layout is so nice, as almost every bedroom has its own bathroom. Lots of space. 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom upstairs and was perfect for the kids. The pool is just perfect and there is a bathroom out by the pool which was so handy. The house is only a few minute walk from the beach. We utilized the wagon that was in the garage which was so helpful. There were also coolers and boogie boards and beach chairs for our use as well. The host, Zarah, was the most communicative host I’ve ever had. So quick to respond, and so quick to address any issues (such as we wanted more towels and more were dropped off same day). We visit Florida a couple times a year, and this property will definitely be a repeat for us in the future when we come back to Cocoa Beach.

This house beautiful and was exactly like the listing. Plenty of room for a large family. Clean and nicely decorated. The pool area was well maintained. The only negative was the bed linens did not fit/stay on the King size beds. I would definitely visit this home again

The host was very accommodating. We had a family emergency and were not able to stay the whole time, but we love how kind they were to us.
