This condo is fantastic! Everything was clean and in good condition. The furniture and beds were all comfy and the linens were fresh and clean. It is literally right on the beach…just a 1 min walk down the path. So great! The location was near any kind of restaurant or store you would have need of. Our only thing to make other renters aware of is that the dishes provided in the kitchen were minimal. We didn’t want to have to run the dishwasher (or handwash them) after every meal. So, we just picked up a pack of paper plates for our stay. Easy fix! Other than that, this was a stellar rental experience! We would totally stay here again!

We’ve stayed in many AirBnB locations and this may have been the best. The home was beautiful, clean, spacious, comfortable, stocked w/ everything, perfect location & the best value on the beach. Corner condo in the building, steps to beach & pool and parking space!! The bedrooms were huge, king beds in both bedrooms, great water pressure & temperature control. Balcony w/ captain chairs to sit and watch the ocean. We watched a SpaceX launch one night 🚀! Just not enough positives to say about this place. Oh, wonderful hosts! Will be back!!

We had a wonderful visit to Cocoa Beach. Saying this is the perfect location and close to everything is an understatement. Taylor was very responsive and warned us there might be some construction happening while we were there. There ended up not being any, but we very much appreciated the heads up. We loved the 2-story setup of the condo with amazing beach and ocean views from each floor. Meticulously clean upon arrival and well equipped with everything we needed for a perfect stay. Thanks Taylor!
