It was a perfect location for a pool, access to the beach and pier, and a rooftop for viewing the rocket launch. It had a peek-a-boo view of the ocean from the living room window.

We headed over to Cocoa Beach for a quick spring break trip and had a really nice time. This condo was close to the pier and had a few restaurants and pickleball within walking distance. The building had a terrific rooftop deck with plenty of Adirondack Chair seating, we were fortunate enough to catch a rocket launch on a beautiful clear day. I would recommend this property and will book here again when coming to Cocoa Beach.

Very cute and clean condo. We had 4 people and there was plenty of room. You can see the ocean from the balcony. Would stay here again 😊

The stay was memorable and having the kitchen utensils and beach furniture made it even nicer. The host was very friendly and responsive. Would highly recommend.
