We had a large family gathering, and we wanted a few days at the beach – this place made it possible for each family to have their own area, but there was lots of space for us all together. The kids played together and the adults enjoyed the evenings after the kids were in bed. We were extremely close to the beach! In fact, we were able to walk home for lunch and walk right back to the beach with no complaints from 12 grandchildren! Couldn’t really believe how responsive our host was – – she constantly and consistently reached out and answered any questions we had or concerns immediately. From all the Airbnb’s we have stayed in, this host was the most responsive and easy to get in touch with. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and couldn’t recommend it more!

Loved staying here! Great Price! I wish there was a bit more privacy we felt a little watched at times but it comes with renting airbnbs sometimes! Super responsive and comes with so much great beach stuff and towels, umbrellas, wagons ect. We had a group of 17 21-22 year olds and everything ran pretty smoothly over all! Ubers were also very cheap in this location and area 241 is a great bar to visit!

Overall, the place was great. The house supplied all necessary beach items and was a perfect spot for a big family. Can't say enough positive things about the airbnb itself. With that being said, the property management made a handful of uncommunicated "drop-ins". One day, there were two "employees" there to install things, both were very rude and didn't communicate who they were or why they were there; we had small kids staying there and having multiple strangers show up unannounced felt very unsafe. On our last day, another two "employees" showed up almost 2 hours before our checkout and started to clean and kicked us out of the rooms. None of this was communicated to us and felt very intrusive. We did talk with Mandy, but it put a damper on our stay. The airbnb was great, the property management was not.

This space was perfect for a multi-generation vacation. We traveled as a large family group and we loved that everyone got their own space to retreat to, while we could still all gather together in the outdoor space. We appreciated all the thoughtful touches that made it an easy stay, including beach toys, pak & plays for the babies, grill, etc. Location was perfect too on the quiet end of the beach, but within walking distance to everything you could need.

We really liked being able to rent all four units and the separate units enabled us to fit different combinations of people. We were traveling as a large group and only needed to stay for one night before taking off for a cruise - this let us all stay at the same place but had separation for those with families, singles and couples. It was great! The backyard was awesome and location was great. We would love to stay again for a longer period of time. Great communication!
