This place is absolutely beautiful! With a balcony on each side of the condo you have lovely views of both the city and the mountains. We also found we hardly had to use the air conditioner as opening both balcony doors created a nice breeze through the space (but watch for slamming doors!). The pool is the perfect temperature and has incredible views. The rooftop space was relaxing even when we didn't have it to ourselves (which was rare). Everything is within easy walking distance but be aware that the building is on the top of a fairly steep incline and may be challenging for anyone with mobility issues. As a group of 5 we took turns sleeping on the couch which was decently comfortable. The comfort of the space really contributed to the quality of our trip and we hope to get a chance to book again in the future.

The pictures really don’t do this justice. The place is wonderful with an amazing view and wonderful amenities. The kitchen was pristine and the bathrooms amazing. A short walk from everything with lots to see. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone looking in the area.

When we arrived at 5pm we found that the code to the front door was not provided in the checkin instructions. However they responded quickly. The unit was not cleaned from the prior guests and we left our bags and left for two hours while the housekeeper took care of it. It was cleaned well when we returned. The AC did not work for half the stay but when we brought attention to it they fixed it the next day. I reached out almost a week after checkout to ask for $200 refund for the inconveniences and instead of responding they sent a request for $80 for 3 white towels that they said could not come clean. It’s clear retaliation and it is unprofessional. The condo is beautiful and even with the inconveniences we truly enjoyed the stay. The owners and caretaker were extremely quick via text to help with the issues we encountered. I would rent this unit again but I would recommend washing the white towels with bleach upon checkout to prevent retaliation.

This home was better than the pics. Front and rear balcony, spacious throughout with accommodating furniture. Beds were comfortable. A fifth person has to sleep on couch, which is comfortable also. The rooftop pool has amazing views and chairs to relax in. There is a steep short hill to walk up to home if you don’t Uber/taxi but we could walk to all the restaurants and beach in 10-15 min which we did a few times each days. Pool towels provided too. I would rent this home again if it’s available next time.

Everything was great. Lovely unit in brand new building with a fabulous rooftop pool that because of its position on a small hill literally makes you feel like you’re swimming in the air above all of the Zona Romântica. That small hill does greet you each nightly return from an evening out but it’s completely manageable though sweat inducing. Still worth the stay as the location is a short 10 minute walk to where you want to be so don’t let it deter you from choosing this destination.
