I love the place because it was like 10 steps from the beach, they hold my luggage because I arrived early, also they told me my room was going to take longer because the guest before me was messy, once I enter to the room there was a leak in the bathroom I tried to contact them but no communication I tried to get help from the people in club but they said they don't work for the airbnb so they couldn't help me, by the time they answer the next day I already fix the leak which it was a quick fix, when I left there was not instructions in how they want it so I still clean it and put the dirty towels in a basket, I only stayed for 3 days but the lady in the front desk was amazing, polite, profesional, she is part of the ocean club ...overall it was a great place to stay

This stay was better than we could have imagined! Our friends own a condo about a 3min walk from here and they were impressed with this room! And they get to live here! Our only concern was how much sand we tracked in, but the room service for cleaning did an amazing job! We were unaware that there are only 4units available on this property so it felt very safe and exclusive. Everyone was helpful with directions and other questions that came up. I can’t wait to come back here! Next time I will definately make this spot an extended stay. Color me impressed 🤩✨⭐️ on site food and drink were delicious and worth the price. The BEST restaurants we went to were right around the corner. More professional beachfront massage service than most places. 10/10 cannot recommend enough!

The place is great, in a great location, and it had everything that we needed for our stay. The hostess was very responsive and flexible with my requests. Luz Maria, from reception, is such a helpful and friendly person, that was a plus! We definitely recommend the place to anyone.

We loved this small oceanfront resort. We have been going there as day pass visitors for the past 10 years, but we have never stayed as guests. This was our fist time staying at Sapphire and we really enjoyed our time there. Although it is busy on the weekends, we enjoyed our cappuccinos every morning and had a great time enjoying the beach everyday. We thought we were going to get Suite #2, but we ended up getting Suite #1. Not a big deal! We still enjoyed ours stay, gracious hostess (Luz) and helpful staff. Easy and very welcoming with our service dog. We definitely recommend it! They make you feel as if you were family.

This is a gem. Truly beautiful on beach and poolside with great staff. A wonderful special time.
