Place not quite taken care of with TLC. Messy kitchen. Owners private areas not locked. Had to have checkin people return to avoid misunderstandings. Living room area barely furnished. Couch was small and uncomfortable side chair not practice. Flushing mechanism was out. Flushed toilet manually for multiple days through Christmas. I did call them after Christmas to not make an issue of it during the holiday and he did come out and claimed to fix it and didn’t. To his credit he came back and brought my a maintenance person with him who did fix it. Also should be advertised that when in living room and shades are open it will be directly and closely visible to about 10 other balconies directly facing it on the sister building. Zero privacy. And house rules not posted accurately rearing some uncomfortable moments with security. Other than that, it was nice. I would never rent this unit again.

This was a nice condo with a great ocean view. It was very clean and comfortable. The pool was very warm and not so refreshing and the power went out for about 9 hours. This seems to be an issue with the condo building and PV in general as it has happened to us before when we stayed in another condo in the same building. No elevator and no AC when the power’s out. Luckily we were not on a higher floor. The food at the pool is not great but the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Two things would have been great: Sun shades on the balcony and an alarm clock with USB ports.

Well equipped 1 bedroom with a huge wrap-around balcony and stunning view. Location is in the heart of Zona Romantica which means its close to everything. It also means that you may get some late evening noise from venues that are a block or two away (this is normal for the area). However, when you close the windows it is very quiet. We loved spending time on the balcony where there is a dining table, grill, and plenty of seating. Sunsets from here are unbelievable. You can access the balcony from either the living area or the bedroom. The bedroom has a divider that can be opened up to the living area. The building is right by a funicular which is fun to take and will spare you having to walk uphill on your way back from the beach. The apartment decor itself may be a little dated but who cares, with a location and view like this it won't matter. Early evenings, there is a happy hour in the ground level bar where you can hear live music and watch the sunset over the bay.

Beautiful views and an excellent location! Highly recommend it for a couple to enjoy. Awesome pool and bar, too
