Incredible views and a lovely place on the beach away from the crowds. The road is bumpy and you do need mosquito spray, but otherwise it’s paradise!

The complex had very few people in it so it felt almost like having a private beach to yourself. Nice beach to walk, and lots of birds to watch. The home is nice with high ceilings, good AC's in the bedrooms and decent view of the ocean. Manuel was very responsive when I reached out for anything. Note: pics in listing are old, there is no oven and no AC in the living room. You do have to go down a 6km long sandy road full of pot holes. It rained before we came so all the ditches were filled with water and it was hard to navigate. However, we were able to get someone to pick us up and take us to town to go on one of the tours. I highly recommend doing one of the tours while you are here. The mosquitos are a real problem. I live in Merida and understand the mosquito issue but have never seen anything like this. I think being located on a nature preserve may be the reason. So, if you want a quiet semi-private beach get away, pack your food, sunscreen, mosquito repellent and enjoy!

Manuel fue muy claro y amable con las instrucciones. La ubicación es excelente, ¡sales de la casa y ves el mar! Por otra parte, nos tocó muchísimo calor y no pudimos disfrutar tanto las áreas comunes de la casa ¡que están muy bonitas! porque el AC está solo en las habitaciones. Valió mucho la pena.
