  We are delighted that you’ve decided to stay with us at F2F Villa. 
Lush green lawns, smoky mountains, clouds rolling down during rains, nature at its best! Take a dip in the pool or relax on the lawns, go on a trek, and breathe in the pure air. Ideate, meditate – make the most of the peace and tranquility in the air. Wake up early morning to the chirping of birds. Enjoy the waterfalls in the monsoon. Sit in the warmth of the sun, sipping a cup of tea during winter, and watch the lush greenery all around you. Spectacular views all around – cool, calm, serene.
This beautiful 4-acre Farmhouse villa is situated on Hilltop with a scenic view and peaceful place. Early morning you will be woken up by singing birds. You will find yourself cradled in the midst of Hills, Valleys, and springs in a wooded serene environment. There is an abundance of trees, birds, and fresh mountain air which makes it the perfect place for people wishing to get off the grid and to relax and unwind amidst nature.
The Villa is an excellent blend of the modern and the traditional. It is fully furnished with all facilities, blending the modern and the traditional for a relaxing and rejuvenating holiday. The villa is furnished for your comfort and is quite spacious ( 2500 sq ft carpet area). It consists of 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a huge living room, a spacious balcony, an elaborate dining room and a fully equipped kitchen to cater to all meal requirements. There is a caretaker family that lives on the property and will attend to the housekeeping requirements of guests.
The farm is full of fruit trees. In addition, we grow a large variety of organic vegetables. Guests can wander around and observe such plantations. We also have rabbits, ducks, chickens, and dogs on the farm which is a delight for kids to observe. One must visit the place to experience the harmony between humans, animals, and nature. The beautiful splash pool filled with natural spring water offers you privacy in the midst of this wooded and serene environment. 
Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. In the middle of lush green farms and forested lands, this unique 4-acre property has different spots to chillout. The guests will have access to the entire farm and can enjoy the property in the lap of nature. The place is completely secure and fenced. Besides this, the property offers you about a 40-minute property walk along with the caretaker. Starting from identifying various fruit trees and flower plants, spotting butterflies and birds, and also a well inside the property. 
One can hang around the 4-acre farm or splash around the in-house pool, go for a nature walk, play with animals, read a book or meditate under the mango tree, watch the birds, or enjoy gazing at the stars in the night. One can also have a sit-out with a campfire and barbecue on a cold winter evening or just enjoy the cool breeze in summer. Kids can play among nature while others can relax in the garden/gazebo. The mornings at F2fvilla are like a childhood sketch with a landscape of mountains and the Sun perching up through them.
We have several tourist spots consisting of beaches ( Kihim), Forts ( Raigad, Tala, Murud Janjira, Ghosala), river rafting ( Kundlika), Ancient temples, etc within easy reach from the villa.
