The place is as you can see in the photos. Great relaxing spot . For folks travelling from Pune - Tamhni - Roha route is ideal to get to this place. This place is also close to Revdanda-Chaul-Nagaon beach cluster .The swimming pool is great and our 9 year old never had enough of it. There are very thoughtful bits available at the place - such as the bluetooth speaker system , varied books , fairly stocked kitchen to name a few. The view is awesome . Lastly the caretaker Vinod is very helpful and will ensure you have a comfortable stay. Highly recommended.

It is a beautiful experience. If you are looking for a cozy, aesthetic and beautiful properties in konkan area, then I believe this property is one of the best options. Highly recommended.

The Sangria is every bit and more as described and shown in the photos. In a very peaceful area, the place is all white and grey, which adds to its charm. Beautifully themed (and it would probably make one day on the IKEA magazine cover!) Finding the place wasn't too tough although this exact Villa is not in Gmaps, but follow the GPS coordinates by the professional hosts - Karan and Nehal. So in terms of value for money, it was totally worth every penny. The star of the show is the caretaker Vinod. His OCD for cleanliness is worth the mention, and his wife can whip up some great home cooked meals which was very nominally priced. The view from the balcony was to die for, and not often to come across such views since most places are very crowded. There isn't much to do around this place unless you want to be driving around to beaches etc. Since we've been to all beaches on this stretch, we skipped and just stayed put in the house. 3 days and 2 nights, well spent. Our stay was absolutely fabulous and we loved every minute of it! The pictures are exactly how the place is, and it transports you truly to another land! The nearest beaches are around 10km away- a drive of around 20 min or so but the property itself is so charming with its eclectic collection of books, amazing evening views and the mini pool, that we stayed put for the duration of our stay. The kitchen is also well stocked in case you want to help yourself to some basics like tea coffee etc. though Vinod the caretaker is around to help. Vinod and his wife, the cook, are equally great, and dish out local fares with great ease. Meals were timely. We had our car with us and getting to the location wasn’t a problem at all while driving down from Bombay, roads are mostly in great shape, even if you miss getting preferred slots in the M2M ferry.

“THE BEST” place to stay in that region.!! Straight out of Pinterest.!! I can guarantee anyone staying there will click more photos of the property rather than themselves. 10 out of 10 for the Interior, maintenance of the property and the View. You just feel like it’s your home as soon as you enter. Fully furnished and well equipped kitchen. Private pool could’ve been a little wider but no complaints.! (Me being little too demanding). And lastly, Vinod the caretaker is a wonderful wonderful human being. An amazing cook. Very very helpful. Respects guests privacy and time. He is the only person ever to call us after the checkout to check if we have reached our home safely. Thank you Vinod for making us feel home.!!
