This place was magical. We had a fantastic family gathering and were able to visit all the asheville sights with ease from here. Christy was great as well. Highly recommend.

Was a great location for us. Within 15 of everywhere we wanted to go. House was an older home but very spacious for our group, yet cozy, clean and furnished with everything we needed. We loved being able to take our dogs with us. Had a very pleasant stay. Hostesses were very responsive and quick in doing so.

The airbnb description of the property is clear. Its unique and a bit quirky. My review is based on a 3 generation (myself and 2 60ish siblings, my late 80s parents and any my 29 year old daughter). We arrived early December and the house was nicely decorated for Christmas. A nice touch! The house is a bit like old faithful lounge. Great common areas, small bedrooms. On the main floor the bedrooms are small. Only the king bed room has space on both sides of the bed --- the other 4 beds were pushed against the wall. This limited my parents to one bedroom where they needed to share a bathroom (not a big deal but bit strange the largest bedroom did not have a private bathroom. (the house has 4 full bathrooms). The upstairs is 2 full in-law suites -- small kitchen, sitting room, bed room, bath room and front and back of the house decks. Again, quirky, but my daughter loved being able to be in her own space. The road noise is there in the winter; trees may help in the summer.

We absolutely loved our stay at the magnolia. The house is so cozy and charming. Christy is a great host.

Stayed here with my family and made the place our home for Thanksgiving. Way a great place to bring everyone together and still have enough room for them to have their own privacy. Hosts had clear instructions, communicated well, and left helpful recommendations on where to explore. Would stay again.
