My family have just had an amazing 2 night stay. The house is right next to the bay which was great when you need to pop back to get something for example a towel after the kids decide to jump in the water. The Beach at Minnis bay is both Sandy and full of little rock pools to go searching for crabs. As a family we visit this area on day trips but we decided to stay for a couple of nights. No rush to drive home and we had deserted morning beaches to walk along and let the little ones play. The two nights we stayed we had amazing beautiful sunsets. Worth noting that this is Turner country as he often painted the seascapes at Margate which is just up the road. The house is very comfortable and the top floor living room is very cosy. I would definitely recommend staying here as there's a lot on your doorstep.

What an amazing property! One of the best AirBnb properties we have stayed at. Spotlessly clean, hotel standard linen and towels. Lots of personal home touches too which was the best. Felt right at home. Great top floor, perfect for board games and relaxing. The house had everything you could need. Fantastic location, 1 minute walk to children’s playground and 2 mins to the beach. Loved seeing the sunsets. Locals were friendly. Sarah was kind and generous with her local knowledge and responsive to messages.

Great location for the beach and coastal restaurants - an easy walk into Birchington. Lovely clean house well equipped - perfect for a beachside holiday.

Wir hatten eine super Zeit in Sarah Haus. Der Strand ist nur 5 Minuten entfernt und die gesamte Promenade ist mi Kinderwagen super zu befahren. Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben und echt super ausgestattet und schön eingerichtet.
