I’m still struggling to put our stay at the protea cabin into words. The most lovely hosts, their doggies are the best too! From the cabins cosy feel, to the breathtaking views, the private waterfall and the FRESH Bread and romantic breakfast 🥲 I cried a little leaving today! Thank you Dayle and Jaco - We will be back! 🙌🏻

Felt right at home. Home made bread and breakfast basket is a beautiful touch. Beautiful cabin, comfortable bed, incredible views! Did I mention the stars as night and constant sound of the waterfall ?! Everything about the place is peaceful and relaxing. Thank you Dayle and Jaco for hosting us so well.

We were lucky to find such a special place - a modern, well equipped and designed cabin . But the best of all were Dayle and Jaco (and Karen) - lovely and very patient people. We took the wrong road to Hogsback and they waited for hours until we arrived. Thanks again. The check-in was one of the best. Jaco explained everything. "Our" protea cabin was extrem clean, so comfortable and very thought-out. Like all the other guests we enjoyed that amazing, tasty and varied breakfast in the busket. We were also provided by our two nice hosts with maps of the area - for hiking. A fantastic idea - Hogsback's surroundings are ideal for every age group because of so many different trails. We left Hogsback as very happy people.

Dayle and Jaco are the most wonderful guests. They represent the Airbnb extremely well, incredibly helpful and a sweet couple. The location is perfect if you’re needing a touch of healing and peace. Cosy home, off the grid, close to a water on the premises, and all round, just worth every cent! Thank you for being wonderful hosts for my first time stay in Hogsback.
