Fantastic home from home and so well set up for small children. My 18 month old was able to play and enjoy the house like it was our own as everything was baby proofed. Annabel and Mike were extremely communicative and helpful going above and beyond with little touches. Thank you for letting us enjoy your wonderful home

The good: - BEAUTIFUL home with many comforts. - the cat is gorgeous :) - Annabel was very responsive n tried to be helpful and accommodating at every opportunity. The bad: - basic things were not properly stocked like paper towels, soaps, coffee pods :( The ugly: - hot tub didn’t work for the first day. Annabel was helpful in troubleshooting here but this meant that by the time the temperature warmed up from a cold tub to a hot tub, we had already lost a day of being able to use it. Sucks when this is part of the sales pitch. - HEATING! This summer has been particularly cold with lows of 10 degrees. The temperature in the home got very cold at times n while Annabel offered to help, we had no control here nor was this was ever resolved meaning we were having to really bundle up to keep my kids from getting sick. Mornings/nights were unpleasant n cold🥶 Overall great place but owners need to be proactive in basic areas mentioned above when ppl r paying for a luxury stay in my opinion.

Annabel’s place couldn’t have been more perfect for our needs. We were a group of 3 young families, each with a child between 1-2 years old, and we had everything we needed provided for us. The space itself is super child friendly - we had no concerns about our kids doing their thing whilst we caught up. That’s not to say it doesn’t also have merits for adults too! I would say if anything the pictures don’t do it justice, the garden is much bigger than you’d expect and the main living space is also really nice and open.

This place is absolutely lovely with fantastic hosts They knew we had 2 children with us (under 1) so left us their children’s toys, play mat out etc and made them feel right at home! My daughter was able to stroke their cat as well which she found hilarious who knew cats were so funny They were kind enough to leave us some essentials in the fridge like milk butter etc as well as some fizz! Very nice touch What a lovely home they have, would definitely go back Extremely flexible on check in and out times too Honestly the best airbnb I have ever stayed in!

Annabel's home is so lovely, very spacious and modern finished to a great standard. It was very easy to communicate with Annabel & getting into the home was no stress. The location was also great with the train station being only a 10 minute walk, and is only around 25-30 mins from Manchester Piccadilly. There are also really nice restaurants to eat in that are all walking distance. My friends and I felt really at home and comfortable, we would 100% recommend and stay again!
