Good value for money. Handy location, friendly staff, suitable amenities etc. The room was pretty cool when I arrived in the afternoon (it was December), but pleasantly warm when I returned in the evening (which I think is absolutely fine). Bed was comfortable, shower cubicle was compact but worked well. I do recommend this place if you need to be in Blackpool town centre :)

Host kept disappearing, did not guide me to the room only pointed. I'd booked and paid for a deluxe double room with large window and lots of light. I was directed to a cramped single room, which whilst clean and acceptable was NOT what I'd shelled out for. Un-responsive when trying to communicate with her and evasive and as prev. stated, she kept disappearing. Several other guests were telling me similar woeful tales of mis-management. AVOID.

They are kind and helpful here. I left my toiletries bag and they worked with me and posted it to me! Above and beyond.
