Had a great stay at Joseph’s place during Labor Day weekend! There was some miscommunication with the cleaners however Joseph took care of it quickly and was very responsive. It’s the perfect location for a surf/beach stay - we will have to come back again!

Overall I enjoyed my stay in these bungalows. It was comfortable and came with everything I needed. The price was reasonable. It was just a little odd having no bathroom sink. I have a lot of toiletries so I didn’t really have a space for those. Overall the place was clean except for the oven. It was convenient having the beach and shops/food so close. The locals are friendly and welcoming, the area is quiet. I went to the Bungalow Bar about 8 minute walk, the food is okay, drinks are good, and beautiful waterfront views. Would definitely stay again. Note: If you order from Door Dash, for some reason it will not allow you to pin the exact address. I ended up putting the address of the storage place next door with a note saying i was located in the blue building next door. You might have to walk and meet your dasher if he can’t find it.

My stay here is always exellent. Very clean, great amenities, and close to everything. You can't beat the price!

Love it! You must be comfortable with super basic amenities and quasi-industrial vibe mixing with the surfer beachcombing ocean-sun element. I think it is super cool but not for everyone. Was great in late September with fewer people about but still plenty of places to eat and drink etc. Very near A train--very. And just like a 7 minute walk to beach. Convenient to Rippers on the Boardwalk if that is of import to you (as it is for me).
