Please be aware this villa is not in main Kalkan, its a 10 minute drive/ 40 minute walk away in Yesilkoy. I booked the villa for 4 nights end of season. The villa itself is stunning. Very modern, spacey for two guests and extremely clean on arrival with a host who communicates well before and during trip through WhatsApp. Fantastic value for money! The garden, pool and jacuzzi is in a private garden. The neighbourhood was relatively quiet when I stayed but did realise the villa is not very sound-proof. I was advised by the host that the garden and pool area will be cleaned daily but this didn't happen unfortunately, although it wasn't too much of an issue for a 4 night stay and considering it was very clean and easy to maintain. I was disappointed there was not any cleaning products provided (not even bare minimum like washing up liquid/ dishwasher tablets and cloths, but I think this is sometimes a personal expectation and appreciate it varies. Overall I'm satisfied with my stay and would likely stay again for a short visit.
