We felt as if we were catfished! This property was filthy, rundown and depressing. Do not book it, especially for the price

Place needs upgrades/renovations-Balcony was FILTHY-Floors were dirty-Bathroom dirty-Water pressure was AWFUL-No closet space-3 rooms, only 1 had a closet (at very least that should’ve been disclosed, had to live out of suitcases-Cloth patchwork covering window/door with tape-We left the place much cleaner than when we get there-my wife had to swifter the floors, wiped down bathrooms, and counters…The view was great…location was perfect…if many of the things I mentioned were disclosed, I would’ve paid more $$ to stay in 1 of the hotels in San Juan

I would definitely recommend this property and the host was very helpful and responded quickly. I am already planning a trip for the whole family to come back and utilize Emilio’s space.

Location is great. Access to beach and pool was nice. Utilized the beach chairs and cooler every day.
